Typescript carbon copy signed Marguerite Yourcenar (in green felt pen) to Mr Bernard La Tour working at ORTF, dated 4 January 1972, about the radio adaptation of Render unto Caesar. 

"...] It goes without saying that while I accept, as I did, the principle of a radio adaptation of this work, I want to exercise a normal right of review. For example, the telegram I received said that the radio adaptation would be 75 minutes long, which I imagine means that there will be some cuts. What cuts will be made, and will other changes be necessary or deemed necessary? "

The original of this letter was sent to ORTF.
