Description
AUTOGRAPH MANUSCRIPT SIGNED of the poem Too beautiful to do nothing.
This long poem of 168 verses, divided into 28 sixains, evokes the life of Trop-beau-pour-ne-ne- rien faire, who was born beautiful, but without money, without luck, and who tried the most heinous jobs and ended up condemned to death.
"Princess, do we hear, of those
Who were never virgins
That virgins as a slipper,
Of those, my dear,
Whose door is a carriage entrance
And whose asses are the badge."[…]
"This is the Widow & her minister,
The Widow with the sinister face
That you have to get laid. Reluctant
He fucked her, the black ghoul
and, always without mercy, the crowd...
Shouting: "Lazy! Lazy! Lazy!"
