Large original collage signed Pierre ALBERT-BIROT.

The work was inspired by one of the first poem-signs entitled "RALENTISSEZ... N'ÉCRASEZ PAS LES PAYSAGES MERCI" produced in 1922, now in the Centre Pompidou collection.
In the 1950s and 1960s, Pierre ALBERT-BIROT adapted several of the poem-signs as collages.
