Description

Second edition of this report on the Prix de Vertu, delivered by Paul Valéry (then Director of the Académie Française) on 20 December 1934. A first edition in volume had appeared that same year with Firmin Didot under the title "Rapport sur les Prix de Vertu".

ONE OF THE FIRST 10 NUMBERED COPIES ON JAPON SUPER NACRÉplus a few off-price copies, followed by 220 copies on laid paper.

Contributor's copy printed specially for the printer-publisher Léon Pichon.
