"For Ernest Payen, Charles Péguy".

The work was printed by Richard et Husson, 9 rue du pont in Suresnes and, for the sake of completeness characteristic of Péguy, the list of printers who worked on the work follows the completion of the printing. Ernest Payen (1887-1942) was one of these workers before becoming a master printer, and in December 1901, taking over the management of the Imprimerie de Suresnes, becoming the sole publisher of the Cahiers de Quinzaine until Péguy's death. He went on to manage Établissements lithographiques Debar et Cie in Épernay.
