This is an astonishing account of Fadoulis-Lagrange's meeting with Georges Bataille, and of the deep friendship and complicity between the two writers from 1942 onwards.
ONE OF THE FIRST 50 NUMBERED COPIES ON ARCHES VELLUM: BOOK-OBJECT.
Presented on a pedestal, the book is housed in a luminescent yellow Plexiglas case and an original lost-wax bronze sculpture cast by Mr Clementi in his workshops in Meudon, signed and numbered by Isabelle Waldberg in the mass. It also includes, an original gouache in colours signed by the same token, the work is different in each copy.
This rare print was missing from the Black Sun Edition in Nîmes in 1993.
