Lucien de Sainte-Lorette, born in 1914, had obtained in the thirties the diploma of higher studies of history and geography as well as the diploma of the Free School of Political Sciences. He was mobilized, taken prisoner and spent eighteen months in detention in Germany. After his release, he got married and was hired the same year by Lecour-Gayet at the Fédération nationale des entreprises à commerces multiples.
He was the author of an article published in 1963 in the European Bulletinn : De Gaulle and Europe.
