Delivery / Expedition

You can choose to collect your order or have it delivered by Librairie Le Pas Sage.
Shipping costs are calculated automatically according to the destination and volume of the item. These costs include packaging and insurance.

Delivery times do not begin until the order has been paid for.

In the event of force majeure or exceptional events (natural disasters, epidemics, strikes, etc.) delaying or preventing the delivery of goods, the Le Pas Sage bookshop is released from all liability.

Delivery methods

Within France. Shipment by Colissimo Expert with tracking and signature (48 hours). The parcel number is available to customers on request and can be used to track the shipment on http://www.coliposte.net/gp/index.jsp.

Free delivery for all orders over 150 euros in France and 300 euros abroad.

Abroad. Sent by international recorded delivery (according to Post Office rates) or by UPS carrier (quote on request).
Guaranteed delivery - Satisfied or your money back: all our shipments are insured by us and guaranteed delivered or your money back (the post office slip is proof of this - shipments delivered to letterboxes are considered delivered if the post office indicates this).
All our books are carefully packaged and protected in bubble wrap.
The invoice is enclosed with the order.

If the item is to be shipped outside France, we can take care of the administrative formalities (customs, free circulation certificates, etc.).

Deadlines

All our books are sent by tracked and registered colissimo, delivered within 48 hours (average time) in France.
