He was also the author of\u00a0<em>A treatise on the art of perfecting grape syrup and sugar<\/em> (1811), the I<em>nstruction for recognising the adulteration of olive oil by seed oil <\/em>(1819), the <em>New sugar refiner's manual<\/em> (1826) and co-author with La Platri\u00e8re of L'<em>Encyclop\u00e9die m\u00e9thodique - Manufacture and Arts<\/em> (1828).<\/p>\n<p>The only surviving copy is in the Biblioth\u00e8que Nationale de France and does not include a mailing.<\/p>\n<p>Copy in original booklet.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>ORIGINAL EDITION of this rare booklet published in Paris in September 1828.
