NEW EDITION of the author's first work.
The first edition was published by Lemerre in 1890, when Edmond Rostand was unknown to the public. The success of Cyrano de Bergerac (1898), prompted the play's publishers, Charpentier and Fasquelle, to issue a second edition of this collection of poems.

A fine copy, well bound by René Assourd and bearing the author's business card.
