Huidobro and Sima collaborated in 1932 for the play by the Chilean poet Gilles de Raizfor which the Czech artist donated two drawings.

Beautiful copy, uncommon with shipment and rare with such a provenance.

Bio

Vicente Huidobro

(born 27 April 1893 in Santiago, and died 2 January 1948)

Chilean surrealist poet and writer who contributed greatly to the renewal of South American poetry during the 20th century. He is considered, along with Pablo Neruda, Gabriela Mistral and Pablo de Rokha, as one of the four greats of Chilean poetry.
